Power Pool Enrollment > Met-Ed Accounts
Those wishing to enroll Met-Ed accounts in the Chamber’s Power Pool must complete the following; (1) letter of authorization, (2) fax a copy of most recent bill for each account, and (3) complete the online questionnaire.  Please click here to enroll PPL accounts. The Power Pool is open only to Chamber of Commerce members.  Please contact Liz McCauley (email or call 610-376-6766 ext. 109) for more information about membership.  Even if you aren't a member, you can begin enrolling accounts now.  Complete and send the letter of authorization Download the Met-Ed Letter of Authorization and fax a signed copy to American PowerNet at 610-372-9102.  We will complete the form and send it to Met-Ed. Do you plan to add or remove any accounts?  If so, please provide account numbers and explain. Do you plan to close any facilities?  If so, please list the account numbers that correspond with the facilities. Is the last year of usage representative of the anticipated usage for 2010 and beyond?  If not, please explain. Do you expect the usage on any accounts to increase or decrease significantly?  If so, please explain. Do you foresee adding any green projects?  If so, when will they be implemented and what is the expected kWh impact?
I agree that by participating in the Power Pool for the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry, American PowerNet is authorized to gather and subsequently release information for our accounts as deemed necessary to third-party suppliers for the purposes of obtaining electricity pricing.  If needed, both American PowerNet and the participating third-party suppliers may obtain our usage and interval histories directly from our electric utility.
